Supporting the city’s youth should always be a priority for the City of San Antonio, and that was exactly the topic of discussion at the B-Session meeting Wednesday afternoon. Rhoda Leos, a management analyst for the Metropolitan Health District was the key presenter at the meeting which featured only one item on the agenda before adjourning to executive session.
